This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through our platform, operated by Turms-ADrain in Poland. By using our service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
1. No Refunds for Digital Products
All purchases of digital products, including account top-ups and virtual currency, are final and non-refundable.
Once a payment is processed and the virtual balance is credited to your account, you will not be entitled to a refund, whether or not the credit has been used.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Top-ups of virtual funds.
Prepaid balances for advertising services.
Any other form of digital service credit.
2. Waiver of Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article 38(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act (and Directive 2011/83/EU), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if:
The performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent, and
The consumer has acknowledged that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.
By topping up your account and confirming the transaction, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital product and waive your right to withdraw from the contract.
3. Incorrect Charges or Technical Issues
If you believe you have been incorrectly charged or there was a technical issue during the top-up process, please contact us within 3 days of the transaction.
We will investigate the issue and, if applicable, may apply a credit to your account. Monetary refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
