This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through our platform, operated by Turms-ADrain in Poland. By using our service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

1. No Refunds for Digital Products<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

All purchases of digital products, including account top-ups and virtual currency, are final and non-refundable.\n\nOnce a payment is processed and the virtual balance is credited to your account, you will not be entitled to a refund, whether or not the credit has been used.<\/p>\n

This includes, but is not limited to:<\/p>\n

  • Top-ups of virtual funds.<\/li>\n
  • Prepaid balances for advertising services.<\/li>\n
  • Any other form of digital service credit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    2. Waiver of Right of Withdrawal<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    In accordance with Article 38(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act (and Directive 2011\/83\/EU), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if:<\/p>\n\n

    • The performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent, and<\/li>\n \t
    • The consumer has acknowledged that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n

      By topping up your account and confirming the transaction, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital product and waive your right to withdraw from the contract.\n<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      3. Incorrect Charges or Technical Issues<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      If you believe you have been incorrectly charged or there was a technical issue during the top-up process, please contact us within 3 days of the transaction.\n\nWe will investigate the issue and, if applicable, may apply a credit to your account. Monetary refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
